2、工作液处理100ft2板,需补加SBT-207A 1.2L,SBT-207B 1.2L。
2. 1.2L SBT-207A and 1.2L SBT-207B shall be added each time when 100 ft2 plate is processed with the working solution.
3、当室温低于25℃时可每天适量补加甲醛100-200ml,也可根据分析结果补加。
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 25℃, 100-200ml methanal shall be added every day, or add appropriate amount of methanal according to the results of analysis.
4、存放需保持空气鼓气。
4. Keep air blowing for storage.
5、长期停工前需用稀硫酸将工作液PH值降至8-10。
5. Before long-term shut down, the PH of working solution shall be lowered to 8-10 with dilute sulphuric acid.
6、当镀液密度达至1.10克/立方厘米,必须放掉一半工作液,并配制新溶液。
6. When the density of the plating solution reaches 1.10g/cm3, half of the working solution shall be drained out, and new solution shall be prepared.

六、分析方法
VI. Analysis Methods

(一) Cu(铜)
(I) Cu

1. 步骤
1. Steps

(1). 取25mL Sample,加40mL(20%)H2SO4
(1) Take 25mL Sample, add 40mL(20%)H2SO4
(2). 加0.5g氨基磺酸加热煮沸1min,冷却 5 分钟
(2) Add 0.5g sulfamic acid and heat the solution to boiling, keep it boiling for 1min, and cool down for 5min.
(3). 加2g KI搅拌3分钟
(3) Add 2g KI, mix for 3 min.
(4). 以0.1N Na2S2O3 滴定至淡黄色
(4) Titrate the solution to light yellow with 0.1N Na2S2O3
(5). 加5mL淀粉(Starch)指示剂
(5) Add 5mL Starch indicator
(6). 加20mL 10% KSCN
(6) Add 20mL of 10% KSCN
(7). 继续以0.1N Na2S2O3 滴定至乳白色
(7) Continue to titrate the solution to ivory with 0.1N Na2S2O3

Cu(g/L) = N of Na2S2O3×mLs of Na2S2O3×63.54÷25
例 eg. : 2.9g/L = 0.1N×11.4mL×63.54÷25

(二) NaOH&HCHO分析法
(II) NaOH&HCHO analysis method

步骤
1. Steps

Note : 1M Na2SO3须先利用0.1N NaOH 调至pH=10
Note : The PH of 1M Na2SO3 shall be adjusted to 10 with 0.1N NaOH
(1). 取5mL Sample于烧杯中加100L去离子水
(1) Take 5mL Sample into a beaker, and add 100L deionized water
(2). 冲洗电极放入Sample
(2) Wash the electrode, and put them into the Sample
(3). 以0.1N HCl标准液滴定至 pH10.2 ---- A mLs (NaOH含量)
(3) Titrate the solution to pH10.2 ---- A mLs (NaOH content) with 0.1N HCl standard solution
(4). 继续以0.1N HCl调至pH10
(4) Continue to titrate with 0.1N HCl until the PH is 10
(5). 加入25mL 1M Na2SO3,搅拌5min
(5) Add 25mL 1M Na2SO3, mix for 5min
(6). 以0.1N HCl标准液滴定至pH10 ---- B mLs (HCHO含量)
(6) Titrate the solution to pH10 ----B mLs (HCHO content) with 0.1N HCl standard solution

2. 计算
2. Calculation

(1) NaOH (g/L) = N of HCl×A mLs of HCl ×40÷5
例 eg : 12(g/L) = 0.1N×15mL×40÷5
分析补加公式:补加物料207B(L) :(标准值—分析值)×槽积/340
Adding formula analysis: Added material 207B(L): (standard value-analysis value) ×volume of the tank/340
(2) HCHO (g/L) = B mLs of HCl×N of HCl×30÷5
例 eg : 5(g/L) = 0.1N×8.3mL×30÷5
析补加公式: 补加物料207C(L) :(标准值—分析值)×槽积 /400 Adding formula analysis: Added material 207C(L): (standard value-analysis value) ×volume of the tank/400

七、废水处理
VII. Wastwater Treatment

   加入1%体积比的甲醛,15克/L的硫酸亚铁,加热到70℃直到溶液分解,使铜沉淀出来为止。
  Add methanal with 1% volume ratio, 15g/L FeSO4, heat to 70℃, until the solution is pyrolyzed, and Cu deposites.
