I. Product Introduction
SBT-204 是PTH活化过程前维护SBT-205 槽液的酸性和比重的预浸液,并确保孔壁被均匀湿润,防止有害杂质带入SBT-205中;也用于SBT-205槽液的制备。
SBT-204 is the presoak agent which maintains the acid and specific gravity of tank liquor SBT-205 before the activation process of PTH It can ensure an evenly moist pore wall to avoid detrimental impurity brought into SBT-205. Also, it can be used in the preparation of tank liquor SBT-205.

V.Maintenance of Solution
根据处理量补加
1. Add as per handling capacity
每处理1000ft2板应补加入1.5-2.5Kg SBT-204 和200-400ml 37% 的HCl于槽中。
Add additional 1.5-2.5Kg SBT-204 and 200-400ml 37%HCI in tank so as to handle each 1000ft2 plate.
根据分析结果控制
2. Control according to the analysis results
每提高0.1N 酸浓度,每升槽液添7.93ml 37%的HCl 。
Add 7.93ml 37% HCl per liter tank solution as each increase of 0.1N acid concentration.
每提高0.1N 氯化物浓度,每升槽液添5.28 克的SBT-204 。
Add 5.28g SBT-204 per liter tank solution as each increase of 0.1N chloride concentration

(I) Equivalent concentration
步骤
1. Steps
取样5mL, 加DI水稀释至100mL
(1) Get 5mL sample and add de-ionized water to 100mL.
(2)加10滴PP 指示剂
(2) Add 10 drop PP indicator
(3)以0.1N NaOH 标准液滴定至粉红色
(3) 0.1N NaOH standard solution is titrated to pink

2. Calculation
例:N = N of NaOH x mL of NaOH / 5
Example: 0.12N =0.1 N of NaOH x 6.0 mL of NaOH / 5
强度(%) = N * 830

(3) Add 5 drops PAN indicator
以0.1M EDTA-2Na 标准液滴定至黄色
(4) 0.1M EDTA-2Na standard solution is titrated to yellow
