I Product Introduction
AC-70是硫酸型的清洁和活化剂，用于线路板生产过程。AC 70含有表面活性剂和去氧化剂，能够有效去除铜表面的油脂和氧化膜。此外它对底材仅有极小的攻击(0.5-1 µm/h)。
AC-70 is a sulfuric-acid type cleaner and activator, and is used in the production of circuit board. AC 70 contains surfactant and anti-oxidant and can effectively remove the grease and oxide film on copper surface. Besides, it has slim attack on base material (0.5-1 µm/h).
AC-70不含络合剂，废水容易处理。
AC-70 does not contain complexing agent and sewage is easy to process.

2.2 开缸操作步骤（100升计）
2.2 Operating Steps (100L)
1.在已清洗的缸中加入50升的去离子水；
1.Add 50L deionized water in the cleaned bath;
2. 连续搅拌下缓慢加入2升硫酸。注意：溶液会发热；
2. Slowly add 2L sulfuric acid with continuous mixing; Note: the solution will be hot;
3.连续搅拌下缓慢加入3升AC 70；
3.Slowly add 3L AC-70 with continuous mixing;
4.加去离子水至100升。

只有带出损耗，依据操作条件和表面几何形状，带出损耗约- 20 - 30 ml/m²。

加水补足液位。依化验结果补加硫酸。依生产量补加AC 70：3 - 5 m²/l。

操作步骤
Operating Steps
1.用移液管取10 ml镀液到250 ml锥形瓶中；
1.Use a pipette to take 10ml solution and place it in a 250ml conical flask;
2.加50 ml去离子水；
2.Add 50ml deionized water;
3.加5-10滴酚酞指示剂；
3.Add 5-10 drops of Phenolphthalein indicator;
4.用1.0 N氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至由无色变红为终点。
4.Use 0.1N NaOH standard solution for titration till the solution changes from colorless to red;
计算：滴定数 x 2.75 = ml/l硫酸
Calculation: titration ml x 2.75 = ml/l sulfuric acid
五、安全防护
V Safety Protection
使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗，严重者应立即就医诊治。
When using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary.
