本抗氧化剂为水溶液型，其水溶液与铜表面作用时，可在清洁的铜表面上形成一层络合物，具有保护性之有机物皮膜，以保护铜面不再受到外界的影响而氧化。铜表面形成的膜在酸性液体中立刻除去该抗氧化层，易于进行下一制程。
This anti-oxidant is aqueous solution, and when the solution reacts with copper surface, it will form a layer of complex compound on clean copper surface, which has protective organic film and can protect copper surface from oxidation. The film on copper surface will be removed in acid liquid for the convenience of the next process.

四、操作条件

五、槽液维护
V Maintenance of Solution
1、液位降低：加水及抗氧化剂补充，每10L水补充1L抗氧化剂；
1. Reduction of liquid level: add water and anti-oxidant to supplement, and supplement 1L anti-oxidant for every 10L water;
2、槽液混浊：重新配槽或添加抗氧化剂至槽液澄清为止。
2. Turbid solution: re-makeup or add anti-oxidant till the solution is clear;

VII Safety Protection
AO-303为酸性液体，使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗，严重者应立即就医诊治。
AO-303 is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
