本品是一酸性的清洁剂,用于清洁印刷线路板铜面的氧化与有机污染物,而不攻击干膜、有机油墨等。
The product is a sort of acid cleaner, and is used to clean oxide and organic pollutants on copper surface of print circuit board without attaching dry film and organic ink, etc.

1、除油的标准添加量为1-2L/100m2;
1. Standard adding amount of Deoiling agent is 1-2L/100m2;
2、当铜含量高于2g/L或每升工作液处理8-10mP2P 板时,请更新槽液;
2. When copper content is higher than 2g/L or 1L working solution processing 8-10mP2P board, please replace solution;
3、当槽液混浊,有大量沉淀时,请更新槽液;
3. When solution is turbid and has plenty deposit, please replace solution;
4、当小孔、残渣或显影效果不好时,可提高除油剂浓度至10%。

五、分析方法
V Analysis Method
槽液酸当量分析
Analysis of acid equivalent of solution
1、取2mL稀释液加入250mL锥形瓶中,再加纯水50mL;
1. Take 2ml dilute solution into a 250ml conical flask, and then add 50ml pure water;
2、加3-5滴甲基红指示剂;
2. Add 3-5 drops of methyl red indicator;
3、用0.1N NaoH滴定,滴至溶液由红色变为黄色为终点。
3. Use 0.1N NaoH for titration till the solution turns from red to yellow;
计 算:酸当量(N)=0.1 × V0.1N NaoH(ml)÷2
Calculation: acid equivalent (N) = 0.1 × V0.1N NaoH(ml)÷2
六、注意事项
VI Notes
1、产品存储请放置阴凉处,避免日晒,以防止产品变质;
1. The product shall be stored in a cool place being away from sunshine;
2、药水开封后请在一月内使用完;
2. The solution shall be used up within one monthe after unsealing;
3、PC-658为酸性液体,使用时请戴耐酸碱手套、防护眼镜,若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗,严重者应立即就医诊治。
3. PC-658 is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear acid alkali resistant gloves and protective glasses; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary;
七、安全防护

PC-658为酸性液体,使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗,严重者应立即就医诊治。
