I Product Introduction
ME-89S 是硫酸双氧水微蚀液的安定剂，可均匀的微蚀铜表面，增加铜面粗糙度，水洗性好，不残留，且提高药液稳定性。可用于：
ME-89S is the tranquilizer of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide micro-etching liquid and can averagely micro-etching copper surface to increase roughness of copper surface; it has good washing ability and has no residue as well as can improve the stability of solution. It can be applied in:
1、喷锡的前处理；
1. Pre-treatment for Hot Air Solder Level;
2、印制防焊绿漆的前处理；
2. Pre-treatment for print solder-resist green paint;
3、干膜压膜前处理（内层板、外层板）；
3. Pre-treatment for pressing dry film (inner board, outer board);
4、铜面护焊剂（OSP）前处理；
4. Pre-treatment for Organic Solderability Preservative;
5、多层板黑棕化的前处理。

六、安全防护
VI Safety Protection
ME-89S为酸性液体，使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗，严重者应立即就医诊治。
ME-895 is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary.. |
