I Product Introduction
单液型显影清槽剂CL-212专用于清洁显影/蚀刻槽喷嘴、滚轮及槽壁干膜、湿膜分解物和附着物。其独特的配方可减少作业时间和达到良好的清洁效果。此清槽剂具有操作简单，清洗效果好，废水排放量少等特点。
Single-liquid developing bath cleaner CL-212 is specially used to remove the decomposer and attachment to the developing/etching bath nozzle, roller and dry and wet film of bath wall. Its special direction can reduce working time and get a good cleaning effect. This agent has such advantages as simple operation, good cleaning effect and less drainage of waste water.

三、清洗步骤
III Cleaning Steps
1、将显影槽液完全排放，以清水循环10分钟后完全排放；
1. Drain out solution in bath, and circulate with clean water for 10 minutes, and then drain out water;
2、加入50%左右的清水，开启循环泵，倒入CL—212（15-20%），补水至液位；
2. add about 50% clean water, open circulation pump, and pour in CL—212（15-20%）, and add water till liquid level;
3、取出过滤网，并将喷压调至最大，升温至45±3℃，循环喷淋1-2小时；
3. Take out filter net, and adjust jet pressure to the max, raise temperature to 45±3℃, and keep circulated spray;
4、排放清槽液，加入清水循环10分钟及高压水枪冲洗后排放；
4. Drain cleaning solution; add clean water to circulate for 10 minutes, and flush with high pressure water, and then drain out water;
5、拆下所有喷嘴、喷管，将内部清理干净后再安装回原位；
5. Disassemble all nozzles and pipes, clean them, and then install them to original position;
6、以槽体体积的1%加入显影A剂或碳酸钠，清洗20分钟排掉后即可使用设备。
6. Add developing agent A or sodium carbonate with an amount to 1% of the volume of bath to clean for 20 minutes and then drain out the agent, and then the equipment can be used.

清槽剂为腐蚀性物质不可以接触，皮肤衣物不慎碰触，以清水冲洗，眼睛碰触或食入应清水冲洗后立刻送医。
