I Product Introduction
目前广泛使用于PCB显影制程的碳酸钠(纯碱),因为含有大约2%之杂质,容易造成槽体与管路喷嘴阻塞,亦可能残留板面衍生显影不洁等许多复杂问题。
Sodium carbonate (Soda) is widely applied in PCB developing process at present, but due to it contains about 2% foreign matters, it is easy to block the bath and pipeline nozzle and may remain on plate to cause problems such as unclean developing.
DP-666系针对干膜与绿漆之显影而研发,使用高纯度之无杂质碳酸钾,同时其特殊之添加剂,更能加快显影速度,防止硬水水垢产生,并使槽液寿命延长达碳酸钠之3-5倍,有效减少废水量。
DP-666 series is designed for dry film and green paint development. It uses high purified potassium carbonate without foreign matters and special additive, which can speed up developing velocity and avoid hard water scale, and can prolong the use life of bath solution to be 3-5 times than that of sodium carbonate and effectively reduce waste water.

四、分析方法
IV Analysis Method
方 法:1、取5mlsample至250ml锥形瓶中,加入纯水50ml;
Method: 1. take 5ml sample into a 250ml conical flask, and add 50ml pure water;
2、加入甲基橙指示剂5-10滴;
2. Add 5-10 drops of methyl orange indicator;
3、用0.1N HCL滴定,颜色由橙黄色变为红色,30秒内不褪色即为滴定终点。
3. Use 0.1N HCL for titration, the color changes from orange to red, and if the color does not fade within 30s, it reaches the end point of titration.
计 算 :碳酸根浓度(g/L)=mls×1.382
Calculation: the concentration of carbonate (g/L) = mls×1.382

VI Safety Protection
DP-666系微碱性液体,避免眼睛皮肤及衣物直接接触,如不慎触及应以大量清水冲洗患部,必要时立刻送医。
DP-666 is weak alkaline liquid, and shall not directly contact with eyes, skin and clothes; in case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of water and get medical treatment if necessary.
